This is a project from JK Keller "The Adaption to My Generation (a daily photo project)" where he took a picture every day from 1998 to 2006. An interesting project, if you like it don't miss his website and vimeo, where you can learn what else he does.

2 Rules for Successful Presentations
Presentations go wrong for various reasons, but the most common is poor preparation. These two rules will make sure you're ready before you step in:
1- KNOW your audience.
Speeches are about the audience, not the presenter. Be sure to know who you're addressing; size, attitudes, and emotional state of your audience should affect the length, style, and content of your presentation.
2- Tell them ONE thing.
It's sad but, audience members remember very little of what they hear. Keep it simple: focus on one idea and eliminate everything that doesn't support that idea.

But, alas, I'm not saying that everything should or will be sunshine and fresh-air scent all the time, nor that you have to impersonate someone else, but (of course) there are ways to extend that bliss and power up your a PA (positive attitude). In order for this, these are a couple of good pointers I came across recently -- be my guest and add yours!
